terms of service
Terms
Last changed 2 September 2026. These terms apply to every conversion bought through korerct.io.
1. Who you are buying from
Korerct is a service of Delectat B.V., De Bazelstraat 18, 1222 RJ Hilversum, the Netherlands. Registered at the Chamber of Commerce in Utrecht under number 32171646, VAT number NL822381072B01. Reach us at info@delectat.nl.
2. What the service does
You upload a PDF. Every page whose black is built from all four process inks, and which carries no other colour, is rebuilt so that its black sits on the K plate alone. Pages carrying genuine colour, and pages already free of rich black, are passed through unchanged.
The decision is made automatically, per page, by inspecting a rendering of that page. No person looks at your document. The service does nothing else to your PDF: it does not repair, flatten, resample, re-profile or preflight it.
3. Prices and payment
€1.99 for one PDF, €7.99 for five conversions, €24.99 for twenty. All prices include 21% Dutch VAT. Payment is handled by Mollie B.V.; we never see your card or bank details.
A pack pays for the conversion on screen and gives you a code carrying the remaining conversions. The code is the only record of that balance — there is no account and no way for us to recover a code you have lost. Codes do not expire. A conversion is only spent once a download becomes available to you.
A PDF in which no rich black is found is not charged for at all.
4. Delivery
Delivery is immediate: the converted PDF is available to download as soon as payment is confirmed. The download link and the file stay available for 24 hours after upload, then both are deleted. Download your file within that window; we cannot restore it afterwards.
By paying you ask us to deliver the converted file immediately, and you accept that this means you give up the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content.
5. Check the result before you print
The converted PDF is a starting point for your own prepress check, not a proof. Colour separation is judged from a rendering, and no automatic method is right about every document. You remain responsible for checking the output before it goes on press.
6. Liability
Where the law allows us to limit it, our liability for any conversion is limited to what you paid for that conversion. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, which for this service means in particular the cost of a print run, a reprint, lost press time or missed deadlines. Nothing here limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
7. Your documents
You may only upload documents you have the right to upload and to have processed. What we do with them, and for how long, is in the privacy statement.
8. Fair use
Uploads are limited to 150 MB and 500 pages, and to a reasonable number per hour from one address. Do not use the service to attack it, to test its limits at scale, or to process documents automatically at a volume it is not built for. We may refuse or stop a conversion that threatens the service, and will refund anything charged for it.
9. If something is wrong
Mail info@delectat.nl with the filename and roughly when you converted it. If a conversion went wrong we refund it; we would rather refund than argue about two euros.
10. Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in Midden-Nederland, without affecting any right a consumer has to bring a case in their own country.
